IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The “Cookie Policy” link will take you to the Cookie Policy. Explicit consent is obtained by clicking the “Accept” button. Until the user accepts, they do not authorize the use of cookies, even if they continue browsing.
The banner must remain visible until the user accepts or rejects the installation of cookies. The “Configure cookies” button must take the user directly to the settings panel, without requiring them to scroll through large amounts of text to find the information, which must remain permanently accessible. The settings panel must clearly indicate how to save the user’s selected preferences. For this purpose, a button labelled “Save selection”, “Save settings”, or similar wording would be valid.
If the user saves their choice without having selected any cookies, this will be equivalent to rejecting all cookies. In no case are pre-ticked options in favour of accepting cookies admissible in order to obtain valid consent. External consent management platforms (Consent Management Platforms or CMPs) may also be used.
LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING BASED ON CONSENT
Cookies must not be used or installed before the user performs the required action to give or refuse consent.
Users must be able to withdraw the consent previously given at any time. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
